Short-term Adjustment

A note to our distributing customers:

Green Mountain Ice recently suffered severe flooding at its main plant. We lost most of our inventory and the ability to produce cubed ice.

We won't let that slow us down! For the short term, we will be buying truckloads of ice from Canada and take care of our customers.

This means UPC codes will not be the same. We will offer 5lb bagged ice and 26lb bagged ice. We don't have the option for 20lb bags at the moment. Please adjust pricing accordingly.

This is a short term challenge, as we already had started building a larger production facility! We should be up and running at the new plant in a month or so. Please be patient as we navigate and adapt.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, we would like to hear from you.

If your merchandisers (ice chests) suffered in the flood, we have new ones on the way! Please let us know.
